Indoor cycling to the rhythm of the music! Burn between 400 and 700 Calories in this hour-long ride! Some classes include additional abdominal work. All fitness levels welcome.

Get the best of both worlds! Spin for 35 minutes to get that heart rate up, then finish with 25 minutes of TRX to tone those muscles. All fitness levels are encouraged to join!

THEMED RIDE SPIN

A 50-minute intense cardio class choreographed to music, followed by a cool down and stretch. Each class will have a different theme of music to immerse yourself into. We run, jump, climb monster hills, and we CRUSH our goals and CELEBRATE! All fitness levels are  encouraged to join!
