Looking for the best workout in the least amount of time? Look no further. This High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) class focuses on proper lifting techniques while burning fat and working on your endurance. This class is highly intensive but all fitness levels are welcome.

H.I.I.T. meets a new training tool in the form of the BANGBALL. This oblong medicine ball will challenge you by giving you an all over workout. This one of a kind tool was developed by the instructor Davee Youngblood.

MUSCLE SCULPT

A full body workout with the focus being on the Three C’s: Control, Contract, and Concentrate. This workout uses light weights and is a great way to achieve that Tight Toned Fit Body!

BOOTYCAMP

This upbeat and well paced class is a full body workout with emphasis on the lower body. We stretch, strengthen and tone your glutes, thighs, hamstrings, hips, calves and core. This body weight training style is a great way strengthen and tone up.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

You’ll have a blast with this mix of cardio jam, step and weights that will keep you motivated until the end. Using light hand weights, you will explore Hi-low aerobic movements.
