A workout for the body, mind, and spirit. This class is the attitude adjustment you need! An eclectic class full of laughter, joy and music will change how you perceive your day. This class is low impact and is all fitness levels are welcome.


H.I.I.T. meets a new training tool in the form of the BANGBALL. This oblong medicine ball will challenge you by giving you an all over workout. This one of a kind tool was developed by the instructor Davee Youngblood. All fitness levels welcome.


This Boxing class is a high intensity interval training session that will keep things fresh by alternating between working with your gloves on the heavy bag and working on the ground game which includes everything from abs to burpees! All fitness levels welcome.


This upbeat and well paced class is a full body workout with emphasis on the lower body. We stretch, strengthen and tone your glutes, thighs, hamstrings, hips, calves and core. This body weight training style is a great way strengthen and tone up for all levels.

Cardio Core

A high intensity workout where you give YOUR own personal 110% to shread pounds while you sweat. This cardio session is a full body workout with focus on those oh, so important core muscles . All fitness levels welcome.

H.I.I.T. Circuits

Looking for the best workout in the least amount of time? Look no further. This High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) class focuses on proper lifting techniques while burning fat and working on your endurance. This class is highly intensive but all fitness levels are welcome.

Mat Pilates

Mat pilates focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. You will learn to be aware of  your breathing and spinal alignment while engaging those deep muscles of the core. Various tools such as flex bands and light weights are added to up the workout. All fitness levels welcome.

Muscle Sculpt

A full body workout with the focus being on the Three C’s: Control, Contract, and Concentrate. This workout uses light weights and is a great way to achieve that Tight Toned Fit Body! All fitness levels welcome.


Indoor cycling to the rhythm of the music! Burn between 400 and 700 Calories in this hour long ride! Some classes include additional abdominal work. All fitness levels welcome.

SPIN Fusion

Get the best of both worlds! Spin for 35 minutes to get that heart rate up then finish with 25 minutes of TRX to tone those muscles. All fitness levels are welcome AND encouraged to join!

Themed ride Spin

A 50 minute intense cardio class to choreographed to music, followed by a cool down and stretch.  Each class will have a different theme of music to immerse yourself into. We run, jump, climb monster hills, and we CRUSH our goals and CELEBRATE!  All fitness levels are welcome AND encouraged to join!

Total Body Conditioning

You’ll have a blast with this mix of cardio jam, step and weights that will keep you motivated until the end. Using light hand weights, you will explore Hi-low aerobic movements. All fitness levels welcome.


Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This training style leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. Throw in the use of free weights to round out this strength building class. All fitness levels welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga

Build strength, power, and flexibility in Vinyasa (or flow) style yoga. Classes are sequences of sun salutations, power-flow, standing & seated postures, back-bending, inversions, and meditation. This class will benefit you physically and mentally and will aid in releasing toxins in the body. Namaste.

Yoga Lift

Yoga Lift is the challenging yoga class that you have been looking for. By incorporating strength training into your yoga class you can tone those arms and legs while all while you get your self aligned for the day ahead. Step up your yoga game with this twist on the classic. All levels welcome
